Companies have an obligation to make a positive impact in the communities we call “home”; to make the community stronger and healthier. To accomplish this mission, Fenix Group selects nonprofits to partner within each of the local communities, our subsidiary brands call home.

Hope Academy

Hope Academy — Minneapolis, MN
The Hope Academy is a privately-funded, inter-denominational K-12 school, located in the heart of the inner city. We believe education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and providing disadvantaged and disenfranchised kids the opportunity to prosper and achieve their full potential. Hope Academy is actively committed to closing the education gap. Hope Academy has 475 students enrolled as of this school year, and 100% of Hope Academy high school graduates have received acceptance to college! To assist Hope Academy with this incredible, life-changing work, Fenix Group brand, Sierra, has sponsored two students for the school year, participated in the backpack school drive by donating backpacks and school supplies, and remains committed to continuing to help Hope Academy close the education gap and break the cycle of poverty.

A Precious Child

A Precious Child — Broomfield, CO
We believe every child deserves to grow up secure and self-reliant, and that they have the support they need to become a confident, contributing member of their community. A Precious Child envisions a future in which every child is offered this opportunity. They accomplish this by providing children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential. A Precious Child works with more than 450 agency partners throughout eight Denver Metro counties to identify children and families in the most need of our services. This work is done through their COR (Child Outcomes Resource) Center where Child Outcomes Advocates provide personalized case management to disadvantaged and displaced children and families, connecting them with needed resources, services, opportunities, and educational support. Fenix Brand, SureCrete, donated all materials and paid for the labor of a local contractor to redesign the interior floors at the A Precious Child facility.
